The Australian Federal Government’s energy efficiency measures, sees the introduction of the Home Sustainability Assessment and Green Loans Program. This is a free Home Sustainability Assessment for property owners which will involve the physical inspection of major energy and water systems relating to thermal comfort, water heating, lighting, refrigeration, cooking, entertainment, water consumption and waste management in your property.

Advantage Energy Assessors will provide householders and unit holders with tailored Assessment Reports and access to subsidised ‘Green Loans’ of up to $10,000 interest free, to make residences more energy and water efficient.
