FREE Sustainability Assessments

The program is designed to help Australians understand what they can do to reduce their impact on the environment. We can all contribute to saving our planet, making small changes to our behaviour at home and understanding more about energy and water efficiency can make a real difference. A home sustainability assessment will give you access to a qualified Assessor who can offer tailored recommendations to help you move in the right direction.

The Australian Federal Government’s energy efficiency measures, sees the introduction of the Home Sustainability Assessment and Green Loans Program. This is a free Home Sustainability Assessment for property owners which will involve the physical inspection of major energy and water systems relating to thermal comfort, water heating, lighting, refrigeration, cooking, entertainment, water consumption and waste management in your property.

Advantage Energy Assessors will provide householders and unit holders with tailored Assessment Reports and access to subsidised ‘Interest Free Loans’ of up to $10,000 to make residences more energy and water efficient.
